1. Who is responsible for your data

Cliste Media LLC (30 N Gould St, Ste 25315, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States) operates vidyo.video and is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact us at support@vidyo.video or +1 (307) 999-4007.

2. What we collect

• Account data — name, email address, and authentication details, managed through our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits of your card, and billing country; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Content you upload — audio files, images, lyrics, and creative direction you submit for video generation, plus the videos we render for you.
• Usage data — pages visited, renders started, device and browser information, and IP address, used for security, debugging, and improving the service.

3. How we use it

• to provide the service: generating and delivering your videos;
• to process payments, prevent fraud, and maintain account security;
• to respond to support requests;
• to send transactional emails (receipts, render completion) and, only with your consent, product updates;
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploaded songs or images to train AI models.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Convex (application database), Google Cloud (AI generation), Cloudflare (content delivery and storage), and Railway (rendering infrastructure). Each processes data under its own contractual safeguards. We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and minimal analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

6. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. Uploaded source files and rendered videos are kept so you can re-download them, and are deleted when you delete them or close your account. Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting law. To delete your account and associated data, email support@vidyo.video.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Exercise any of these rights by contacting support@vidyo.video; we respond within 30 days.

8. International transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. Where data is transferred from the EU/UK, we rely on our processors’ standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

9. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date, and notify you of material changes by email.
