Refund Policy

1. Overview

Vidyo sells digital goods — AI-generated music videos and video cuts delivered electronically to your account by Cliste Media LLC. Because generation consumes real compute the moment a render starts, our refund rules distinguish between unused purchases and consumed renders.

2. Unused credits and purchases

If you purchased credits or a plan and have not started any renders with them, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@vidyo.video from the address on your account with your receipt or order reference.

3. Failed or defective renders

If a render fails, never delivers, or delivers a technically defective file (corrupted video, missing audio, wrong download), we will re-run it at no cost or re-credit your account — your choice. If we cannot deliver a working result, we will refund that render. Report issues within 14 days of the render.

Because output is generative, dissatisfaction with the artistic style of a successfully delivered video is not by itself grounds for a refund — but tell us anyway: we can often re-run with adjusted direction, and we handle genuine disappointment case by case.

4. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@vidyo.video. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period. If a renewal charge goes through and you have used none of that period’s credits, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank. We will confirm by email when the refund is issued.

6. Disputes

Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please contact us at support@vidyo.video or +1 (307) 999-4007 — we resolve almost every billing issue within two business days, which is faster than a dispute process.
